A little backstory, right now I have a Sony A7r iii that I used for mainly as a b-cam for video at my old job. But now I’ve changed jobs and just have it for personal work (portaits and street photography). I know it’s still a great camera, but it’s just not “fun” to shoot and a lot more than I really need. I’ve found myself using my Canonet ql17 a lot more in my free-time.
I thought about going just film with an MP or M6 but I like the idea of being able to quickly edit photos if need be. So for those of you who have tried the Leica M-D is it as enjoyable to shoot as a film Leica? Or should I stop being dramatic and just keep the A7riii?
