Is original Leica Q still worth it in 2018?

All reviews say its an amazing piece of gear but given it’s almost 3 years old I’m thinking that maybe I should just wait for the next iteration or maybe buy a use one. Would be thankful for any advice on buying a used Q and alternatives if any.
