Leica QOfflineThis was taken last night as a large dark storm cloud was covering the sky from a few degrees above the horizon to the horizon behind me. The X Vario was fighting for light since it was getting dark and I didn’t have a tripod, so I raised the ISO to 1600 and fired off several bursts at 1/10 second handheld. I got 2 sharp images out of 25 total, and I was able to clean this up a little with Noise Ninja. I haven’t had much success with NN on color photos, but it worked remarkably well here. The cafe pictured here stated that I consumed about 13 percent of the coffee they served their first year in business. The coffee business has picked up some since then.
Leica X2 Paul Smith edition, Leica X-E, Panasonic ZS-100.
