Hello Leica friends! I hope this is the right place for this tech post. The aperture ring on my 35mm summilux 1.4 Asph rotates easily without stopping anywhere. This started happening while I was traveling to India for 6 weeks. BTW lens works fine. I shot over 150 rolls of Tmax 400, and when I developed it, all looked fine. The only problem is that if I am not paying attention, I can easily move the aperture from 5.6 to F22 and vice-versa.
I have been shooting M6 with Leica lenses since the late 80s and never encountered this problem. Have anyone in here ever had that issue? TIA, and enjoy the great day!I thought that easy rotation was a good problem.
