Hello, I am interested in property investment in Bali and came across Legion Real Estate. As far as I understand, it is an investment fund that specialises in villas, apartments and townhouses. I would like to know who has already worked with them? What are your impressions?
I am interested in everything: reliability of the company, transparency of transactions, how well the projects are implemented, how things are with profitability. Especially important is the opinion of those who have invested through them or have already cooperated with them. I would be grateful for any feedback – both positive and negative!

I know Alexander Gulyaev personally. He is a person with a high level of professionalism. He always knows exactly what the client needs and how to achieve the result.

I bought a villa through Legion Real Estate. Everything was great, Sasha Gulyaev is a pro at what he does! They helped to adjust the contract to my conditions. Respect to the team, we will work again💪

I was thinking of buying an apartment, but Legion Real Estate managers talked me out of it. They pointed out the low profitability and offered a townhouse in a more promising area💪 The deal was completed quickly, without any questions. The company really cares about its clients.

From my experience, it makes a world of difference. When I sold my duplex last year, I first took my own photos and the listing got barely any attention. Then I decided to bring in Real estate photographer Sacramento, and the transformation was incredible. The lighting, angles, and attention to detail made the rooms feel bigger and more inviting.

I thought investing in Thai would be complicated and expensive. Legion Real Estate dispelled the myths: the entry threshold is reasonable, the returns are high, and there is support at every stage. I’m glad I decided to go for it!

I was considering options for a long-term investment. I settled on an apartment with a panoramic sea view that offers five-star hotel service. Top-notch management, 24-hour security, fitness center, and spa. The projected return is 7%, but the service and additional privileges for owners make the purchase particularly attractive. The total profit for the year is $12,600. I plan to expand my portfolio with similar high-end properties

I invested in a 37.2 m² apartment within walking distance of the beach. It was important for me to get a ready-made business, not just real estate. With a yield of $13,860 per year and 70% occupancy, the apartment meets all expectations. Additional bonuses include an endless infinity pool on the roof, a pet walking area, and high-quality finishes. I like that everything is going according to plan and the service meets expectations

I was quite skeptical about buying property abroad, especially in a market like Phuket. However, after hearing about Legion Real Estate from a friend, I decided to give them a shot. The team was friendly, and they answered all my questions, but the process felt slower than I expected. It took a while to get everything finalised, but at least I’ve now got my hands on a nice 1-bedroom condo in Patong. Not the smoothest experience, but they did deliver in the end

Initially, I planned to buy an apartment in one of the popular areas, but the Legion team showed me options that ultimately offered a much better balance between price and service. I took a fully finished 36 m² apartment, which is ideal for long-term rental. The total annual income was $10,800 with 60% occupancy. I was particularly pleased with the additional privileges for owners, such as discounts on yachts and access to cultural events

Good evening. Farming in Saskatoon is unpredictable, so I wanted to diversify my income. A newsletter I subscribe to recommended Adaptive Wealth Model (AWM) Trading https://adaptivewealthmodel.net . I set it up to run in the background while I work the fields during the day. It has generated a nice side income that helps with the equipment costs. I am pleasantly surprised by how well it works without needing my constant attention.
