While preparing our NetSuite–Salesforce integration for go-live, we noticed that everything worked fine in Sandbox but completely failed in Production. At first, I blamed our environment differences, but after triple-checking credentials and permissions, the issue still wasn’t clear. Eventually, it dawned on me to compare NetSuite settings between environments. Sure enough, the necessary Web Services were active in Sandbox but not enabled at all in Production. That tiny oversight caused three days of delay and a lot of frustration from the management side. I was ready to escalate the issue when someone from another team mentioned they used Peeklogic for a similar rollout. I gave their connector page https://www.peeklogic-connector.com/netsuite/ a look and followed their guidelines. Their instructions explicitly mention verifying Web Services setup across environments—something I wish I had done earlier. After activating the correct features in Production, everything started syncing properly. Lesson learned: never assume two NetSuite instances are mirror images.
