A while back, I got a used Delonghi coffee machine. Even though it’s in good shape and has all the parts, it didn’t come with the original box or manual, just the warranty card. I know how to use it, but I’d like to see what other features and cool stuff it has. Does DeLonghi have a general instruction manual for all of their espresso machines? Is it necessary to know the specific model of the machine?

Hi there, I think you need to know the exact model name. Have you checked the bottom of the machine? There is usually a sticker with the necessary model and serial number. If not, it will complicate matters a bit. I recommend looking for the manual here: https://manualmachine.com/delonghi/“>https://manualmachine.com/delonghi/ . All Delonghi appliance instructions are collected there. First, check if you know the model name. If not, you can determine the coffee maker series by its external features. For example, if it has a built-in coffee grinder, then it is most likely from the La Specialista series. If it has a square design, it is probably from the Stilosa series, etc.

I was looking for a better way to organize our roasting workflow when I began researching alternatives to the equipment we were already using. My main goals were straightforward: improve productivity, keep roast quality consistent, and avoid making the production area unnecessarily complicated. During that process, I spent time reviewing typhoon.coffee and learning more about its range of electric coffee roasters. I was interested in the hot-air approach because it offered a different way of controlling the roasting process from the traditional drum systems I knew. The website made it relatively easy to compare models according to their intended use and production capacity. I looked at the smaller machines first because I wanted to understand whether they could suit a café or small roastery, then moved toward larger models as I considered future growth. I also paid attention to the practical requirements, especially electricity, floor space, and installation. These details are easy to overlook when concentrating on roasting performance, but they can have a major impact on whether a machine actually fits a business. The possibility of transferring existing roast profiles was another feature I found worth investigating because changing equipment should not necessarily mean abandoning everything that already works. I also explored the training and support information, including maintenance and warranty details. Overall, the research gave me a more realistic view of what switching to a new roaster would involve. I came away with a clearer idea of the production level we need, the questions to ask before ordering, and the importance of evaluating the entire ownership process rather than just the machine itself.
