I was planning on buying a sectional from Arhaus. But while doing some simple research found a majority of rather negative reviews on Yelp & Houzz, more so than other mall furniture retailers like Crate & Barrel.
Thought I should ask the opinion of people here if Arhaus is a retailer to avoid or if this just isn’t representative of most people’s experiences.
