What does full-cycle game development actually involve from start to finish, and how do all the different stages—such as concept creation, game design, development, testing, and post-launch support—work together to ensure a successful final product? I’m especially interested in understanding how teams manage the entire process cohesively, from the initial idea through to updates and maintenance after release, and what challenges typically arise when handling every phase of development within a single workflow.

For some reason a lot of people are skeptical about the gambling industry, thinking games there are made quickly with almost no effort. I’m exaggerating, but you get the idea. Even though I don’t work in this industry, I’m not an investor or a marketer, I still find it interesting to watch new projects like https://belatragames.com/en/news/article/goose-boom-bang-game-release . And I definitely wouldn’t say their development is something super simple. It’s a full cycle process that requires skills, experience and resources.
