Had to deal with bellsouth customer support because of some issues with my email account. It wasn’t the fastest experience, but once I got through, the rep was helpful enough. They walked me through the troubleshooting steps, and things were back to normal pretty quickly. Nothing fancy, but they got the job done without making it overly complicated.
