I’ve posted about my somewhat “mystery” camera here before, and I was ready to try shooting with it. I was using an online manual I found for the Leica C1 (which looks similar) when loading the film. I did so, but when I shut the back, the auto loader took the film and wound it all the way to exposure 36. I tried to rewind it but the tab got stuck in the canister when it got back to zero. The manual said it is only supposed to load to exposure “1” on the LCD when film is inserted. Once this happens, I can start taking pictures. Any ideas on why it never stopped at 1 and zoomed all the way to 36?
