Leica Servicing Problems and Support

Is anyone experiencing problems with Leica’s turnaround time and support?

I have had numerous problems with Leica taking 3 – 4 months to either replace defective bodies or repair them. All together my cameras have probably spent a year at Leica. How is this possible for such an expensive system.

They have been so unreliable. The cameras have failed on 3 trips, and i have received no support ( a replacement camera).

I am now using the lenses on a Sony A7ii body and am getting excellent results.

I will probably sell my current M body when it finally comes back from Germany.
