I uploaded a header to my channel, and it looks totally fine on desktop, but weirdly cropped on mobile and smart TV. Is there a specific size I should stick to?
When I ran into this, I checked the correct youtube header size, which is 2560×1440 px. But here’s the key—only the middle 1546×423 px “safe area” is guaranteed to show up on all screens. I redesigned my header keeping everything important in that zone, and now it looks clean and consistent no matter where you view it.
