I was just gifted a new Q2M and can't get the latest Lightroom Classic (Adobe Cloud Photo Plan) software to show the camera dng or jpeg file images on my M1 Mac OS Big Sur 11.5.2.“Preview Unavailable For This File” shown after import from sd card into LR 10.4 Camera Raw 13.4. Advice?Thank you! View
