Hi everyone,

I've been working with RedDot CMS (now OpenText Web Site Management) for a few months, and I'm looking for advice on handling more complex workflow scenarios. Specifically, we have content that goes through multiple departments (legal, marketing, compliance) before it can go live.

Right now, the approval process feels a bit clunky and error-prone. We’re manually notifying each team and relying heavily on email reminders.

Does anyone here have a good setup for multi-level approval workflows in RedDot? Are there any built-in tools or plugins you’d recommend to streamline this? Also, how do you ensure accountability and tracking through the process?

Appreciate any insights or examples from your own use cases!
