I have sharpened the original file very strong with Nik’s Sharpener Pro 3.0 (output sharpening) as I knew that I will downsize it massivly in Photoshop for the web. So first is sharpening and then downsizing. For print I use less sharpening, but it all depends on the size, whether for print or for web. Hope that helps.
