I somehow turned off some of the display settings in my viewfinder and my back screen. How do I get them back? I’ve been through all of the menu options and can’t seem to figure it out.

I’ve been saving for a new espresso machine but progress has been painfully slow. A friend mentioned afkspin so I decided to try my luck.
