Question: Can Fotos 2.0 remotely control f-stop and shutter speed on D-Lux 7?

Question: Can Leica Fotos 2.0 on an Android Samsung S8 phone remotely control f-stop and shutter speed on D-Lux 7? Currently, I can control ISO, and white balance; change focus and trip the shutter but cannot remotely control the aperture and shutter speed. Can it be done using Fotos 2.0?
