Lately I’ve been trying to understand what the whole rehabilitation process actually looks like from a real person’s point of view. Articles describe it in a very structured, clinical way, but I know that in reality the experience can be very different.If any of you have gone through rehab — or know someone who has — what stood out the most?
Was it the routine, the therapy sessions, the emotional side of things, or maybe the support system around you?I’m not looking for medical definitions, just genuine experiences to get a clearer picture.
