Hello everyone. We decided to play CS 2 with friends, and realized that it’s not at all like it used to be. Please tell us where we can download the original 1.6. I tried searching for it myself, but either they don’t work, or the ping prevents me from playing. Plus, they added so much unnecessary stuff that it’s unclear where it went. It doesn’t feel like the same game from the past. Can you recommend a good option from your personal experience?
Hi, I agree with you. I’m also from the old school, and I think modern CS is useless. Personally, I’ve been playing 1.6 for a long time and I don’t know any better. I’ve met a lot of people online, so I can confidently recommend downloading it from csget.me. Thanks to this compilation, it’s like I’ve discovered a time machine, gone back to the past, found many like-minded people, and a lot of cool guys who are fun to play with and spend evenings with, so I’ll be happy to see you in the game!
