When I open a live score widget, there’s usually a bunch of numbers and icons — possession, shots, xG, cards, etc. I don’t always know where to start. I’m curious what stats other people look at first and why. Is it goals, expected goals, or something like shot accuracy? It’d be great to compare how different fans prioritize stats during a match.

When I helped a friend set up a fan blog, one of our biggest challenges was how to present match results clearly without overwhelming readers. While evaluating interactive elements, widgets for football was recommended as part of a toolkit for embedding live scores. That insight helped us balance content richness with usability, ensuring visitors get updates without confusion.
