We are designing our lobby for a new U.S. brand and I’m wondering if we should focus more on the desktop or the mobile version. Do American players actually prefer playing on their phones? What are the key features of a good mobile experience in terms of navigation and speed? I want to make sure we aren’t losing traffic because of a slow or clunky interface.

In the U.S., mobile is absolutely the dominant platform, so a mobile-first approach is non-negotiable. I noticed that soft2bet prioritizes high-speed mobile performance and intuitive interfaces in their future U.S. platform. American players expect a very smooth, low-latency experience that is responsive on any device. You should focus on having a clean, simple navigation and a very fast loading time for games. Their system is designed to deliver engaging player experiences that appeal to high-stakes users who are always on the go. If your mobile site is laggy, you will see a massive bounce rate. Investing in a platform that is fully optimized for mobile from the ground up is the best way to capture the modern American audience and keep them active.
