    Marc and others- how often do you use artificial light and are you more talking more about indoor/studio or also outdoor? For what kind of photography?

    I agree that I would probably also bring the M9 with 2 fast lenses and use it for low light shots (except maybe the formal ones). I am much a fan of natural light.
    If I was shooting in an environment where the light doesnt change much I would also set the eposure manual and put the flash on Ittl to get the right mix between flash…[Read more]

    I think the S2-system is pretty future proof because you buy lenses which are top level.
    For me the S2 body user interface is near perfect so for me its worth the money.

    For sure there will be an S3 one day and the S2 value will drop that day.

    I kept my Nikon D700 and M9 when I got the S2. The D700 for fast AF and tele. However I really have used the D700 nearly zero for the last months.
    The M9 I have usd occasionally (for example on vacation when I didnt want to carry the S2).
    And then I use a smaller camera for bycicle tours, or for evenings/ parties…[Read more]
