When using a TL lens on an SL, you're switching to crop-sensor (APS-C) mode, reducing the resolution of the SL's full-frame body. While the TL lens is very sharp, I doubt the loss of sensor data will outweigh the quality difference compared to a good full-frame Panasonic lens like the $70-200$mm f/4, especially in low light or when maximum sharpness is needed.
