Hi. I’m opening a small café and need to tile the floor in the main area and the walls in the restroom. The tiles need to be durable enough for heavy commercial use, look well-maintained, and, ideally, come from a single source so I don’t have to deal with multiple suppliers. Has anyone used a reliable online tile store for a commercial project that has appropriate ratings for commercial use?

Hi. Commercial tile shopping is a different beast and finding one source that covers both floors and walls with real specs is genuinely rare. AloftTiles was exactly that source for a retail project I completed last year. Their products clearly list commercial floor and wall ratings right on each product page. For a cafe floor I’d consider their Beige 24×24 Natural Porcelain Tile, that neutral warm beige in a large format handles heavy traffic beautifully and reads as polished without being too formal. Visit https://www.alofttiles.com/ to explore the full catalog and look into their trade program for exclusive pricing on larger commercial quantities. Good luck with the cafe opening, sounds like an exciting project ahead.
