I just ordered a new D-Lux 7 from Leica. I have had Kindle Photographers Guide To (insert model) Leica Digital Camera. At this point the same book is not offered for the D-Lux 7, but is offered for the Type 10. My question to those in the know, is are the two cameras physical controls more or less identical? Is there a difference in the lens moutning. I see on my Canon 550D (cropped sensor) there is a red dot and a white square where i can mount different lens.
Can I mount the same lens on a cropped sensor camera and on a full frame camera?Obviously with uncorrected astigmatism there is quite a bit of distortion of a red dot sight. I am trying toric…[Read more]

I’m not new to cameras so of course I would do the “normal” review of buttons, battery, etc., so more specifically,https://www.newsesp.com/best-ssd-for-gaming/ I’m curious about things like “rangefinder alignment issues” which I’m clueless about. So any thoughts on that, or other particular areas to review would be helpful from more experienced M users.
