So, if I understand you right, the HC 100/2.2 is a nice lens on the S2? 🙂

I just wanted to add that Leica added specific Lens-Profiles for the Hasselblad-Lenses in their download area. This makes sense, as the sensore-size is different from the Hasselblads and so must the correction be different as well.

That is pretty cool. I had a little difficulty getting the cube to rotate exactly how I wanted, but it's probably just me. Do you mind sharing how this was done?

Stumbled across a way of doing triptychs in three dimensions. An S2 is not required as the file size is very small. I tested this on these old photos as the guys on that trip will recognize the shots. Flash is required for this to work, so forget the iPhone or…[Read more]

I bought a Hasselblad 150 for testing this adapter. It works well, but in the EXIFS the lens is shown as a 150N, with has another lensdesign.

Unfortunately not an S2-owner, but I started to use Geotagr on my iPhone and it's a breeze.

Just turn on the App when you start shooting and stop it when you're done. You can export the GPS info and mail it to your workstation. Lightroom recognizes the file when you import it and will geotag your images.

Nice. The light in the 3rd shoot is pretty nice and I prefer them compared to the stacked one.

Probably a “good” ISO 2500 would suffice for most people's needs. Leica said they could do this with the existing S2 by changing the read-out configuration (do-able via firmware) and the result would be around a 2-stop improvement.
