I’ve been managing outbound teams for about 6 years, and we’ve cycled through at least four different auto dialers in that time — some decent, most just okay. I’m now looking for something that really fits a mid-sized call center, preferably with smart pacing algorithms, CRM integration, and accurate call detection (we had major issues with false positives last year).
