My dad had surgery a few months ago, so I’ve been helping him get around. I didn’t realize how physically and emotionally draining caregiving can be.
I do. My mom’s been having some memory issues, so I check in on her daily and do her grocery shopping. It’s tough, but I feel like it’s the least I can do.
