    Used to think overheating during workouts was just about my stamina, not my gear. But things changed when I paid attention to what I was wearing. After switching to lightweight athletic fabrics, my movements felt freer and my body stayed cooler for longer sessions. Interestingly, I noticed the same idea applies in gyms where kids train with sting boxing equipment – the right materials make training more comfortable and surprisingly more motivating overall.
