Harv started the topic Lenses for M6 in the forum Film M Cameras 3 years, 10 months ago
Hi,
I’m looking for some help / recommendations for a 50mm lens to pair with an M6 (my first Leica film camera).
I’m looking at either the Voigtlander f1.2 nokton or the f2 apo-lanthar.
I’m mainly looking to shoot landscapes and travel, etc and was wondering if the (apparent) sharpness of the apo would be best to pair with film, rather than…[Read more]

Epson code 0x97 code is a kind of caution at whatever point you experience an inner equipment issue with your printer. It tends to be a direct result of a motherboard breakdown or some other sort of inner part glitch.

Interzone started the topic Vertical dead pixel issue in the forum Leica Q (Typ 116) 3 years, 10 months ago
When I picked up my Leica Q-P a few months ago it had a single vertical line of dead pixel off to the right of the screen. Now there are three faint lines instead of one. Attached pictures.
Anyone seen this issue and if so is there a Leica remark on it?

This is really interesting. I've seen this too and assumed it was nisen-boken (a lens artfact), but I think you might be right– the times that this is worst is when I'm above 1/2000th

Excited to try this out! I haven't been in a position where I needed the perspective control yet but very happy to have it in my back pocket if needed
Exciting news on the firmware updates for the Leica SL2 and SL2-S! The Perspective Control feature is a fantastic addition, especially for architectural shots. The FN button customization is a welcomed tweak; makes things less overwhelming. And those lens profile updates? Awesome!
I've been contemplating updating my camera firmware, but I'm a bit cautious. Have you discovered any quirks or tips during the process?

By the way, do you guys have any suggestions on how to compress jpeg (like here https://jpeg-optimizer.com/) more than one at a time? Thanks
