Arif, I just use LR and the lens profiles Leica provided for the HC lenses.
In the case of the HC100/2.2 when strong backlighting is present (like it was in the Bride and flower-girls photo) I may have to use a bit more manual purple fringing correction. This shows up more frequently with the S2 than with my H4D/60.

Well 4 months after i asked this questioned, got your replies, and now have sold the 3 R lenses, Leica comes out with the R to M adapter. :(:(:( Nothing lost, i got better and equivalent focal length glass for the M. I could have just kept them for the Canon bodies. 🙁

A quick follow up…it's been about a year since we had the OLED screen's replaced on our S2-P bodies, and they haven't faded at all. And it looks like it's the same OLED that's going in the new S, which is a good sign.

Leica's S service in Germany is absolutely fantastic, courteous, and their turnaround times are very quick. The Hasselblad H lenses get along with the S2's sensor quite nicely.
The HC50/3.5-II, 100/2.2, and 150/3.2N are a particularly nice set of lenses to use with the Leica … dual shutter capable, good handling size for the S2, and all use the same 77mm filter size.

The top panel OLED has also long since ceased to read, so it's a perfect storm of problems. Here comes its European vacation.

I'm learning so much again with the Monochrom, very cool. As already written in other forums about the Monochrom, it is interesting how I was used to look for colors and instantly when framing a picture in my mind which is based on colors, a pop-up appears in my brain which reads: Attention: Color only! – So much fun.

Yes, I use it with a number if HC/HCD lenses.
When used in the leaf-shutter mode, I've noted a strange metallic clicking from the Hasselblad lens. Presumably the leaf shutter since the noise is absent when using the lenses in FP mode … but it is louder than when the lens is used on H camera.
